Get moving

I am using technology to help keep me accountable.  I use a fitbit to log how
many step I take each day.  I find that I’m looking for ways to take extra steps during
my day to get to 10,000 steps.  Yesterday I walked 8,113 steps, so I’m getting close:

  1. 8113 is great! You will hit 10000 before you know it :). I have been trying to hit 10000 a day right now too and am shocked by how much movement that takes. It really shows how little I was moving before!

    • Thank you so much for the encouragement, Candace!! I actually hit 10,000 yesterday…I thought my fitbit was puking because it “alerted” when I did!! LOL!!
